Flesh and Bones

Flesh and bones brains and brawn
What are we when they're gone
Are we but dusty dirt
And memories for hurt
Are we souls alive
With a place to arrive

Flesh and bones brains and brawn
Will you be revered when you're gone
What of us is burried
What of us is carried
Forward to be kept alive
Or burried to be denied

Flesh and bones brains and brawn
What are you if they're pawn
What will be the worth
Without a baptism birth
Without a God above
And without a Jesus' love

Flesh and bones brains and brawn
What are we when they're gone
A soul of the Spirit I hope
